Affordable Homes - Planning Application Tender - Appointment of Principal Designer (Architect)

Ashford Borough Council Housing seeks to obtain a Fixed Price for obtaining planning permission for the construction of affordable homes across 10 sites within the Borough of Ashford, Kent. The sites consist of banks of garages on concrete bases; infill and open space sites and one medium size site. The tender is specifically to appoint an Architect to take forward the sites to submission of a planning application. The architect will be acting as principal designer under CDM up until the main contractor, once appointed, takes over these duties. The Project Brief defines the requirements.
