Description
DVLA is preparing to launch two communications campaigns, one targeting Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) evasion and one to increase the take up of some of DVLA's high volume online services (Channel Shift). DVLA is looking to appoint a supplier to evaluate the effectiveness of a mixed channel publicity campaign to improve compliance in payment of Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) and digital uptake of online services.
