The council requires a comprehensive geo-demographic segmentation tool to identify and understand the Portsmouth population by providing insight into current and future residents/communities\. The tool will help the council to anticipate demand for services and enable targeting communications to achieve maximum impact\. Please provide a quote exclusive of VAT\.
