Design and User Test a Symbol to be used in Traffic Signs for Charging Clean Air

Description

The primary objective is to develop, create and test a symbol to be used on the traffic signs that demarcate a charging Clean Air Zone. A secondary objective is to create a symbol that could be used for other communications purposes should Ministers decide to support further communications work.
