## Description

Legal Advisers for Railway Pensions\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 29th May 2023 and the expiry date will be 28th May 2024 for a period of twelve months with the option to extend by twelve \(12\) months\. The total contract value will be up to £600,000 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. The contract term has been extended by 12 months and the new contract expiry date is the 28th May 2025\. The contract value has been extended by an additional £300,000\.00 excluding VAT and the total contract value is now up to £900,000\.00 excluding VAT\.
