Building Condition and Measured Surveys - AWARD

To better understand its property portfolio and plan its property strategy West Berkshire Council is to seek a quotation to undertake a 3 year programme of condition and building measured surveys on some of its building stock. The data will then be used to help determine the authority's maintenance priorities and programmes.
