Refurbishment of Office Space to Clinical Accommodation ref. MKUH ITT 156

The works comprise the formation of new outpatient accommodation to provide an Obstetric and Gynaecological Consulting Suite by reconfiguring vacated office area on the ground floor (level 1) of the main hospital. The existing layout was formed 1991 as part of the Phase 2 development (Wards 15 to 20).

MKUH has separately procured enabling works (see enabling drawings in Appendix H-J) with the appointed contractor taking possession of the stripped out rooms in order to provide the following accommodation:

a. 8nr consultation rooms (15m2) b. 3nr scanning rooms (15m2) c. 1nr clean utility/ drugs store d. 1nr dirty utility e. 1nr accessible female WC f. 1nr office g. 1nr office/ open reception h. 1nr waiting area.
