Barts Health NHS Trust is acting as the lead organisation in conducting a collaborative procurement exercise under the open procedure \(as set out in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(as amended\) \("PCR 2015"\)\) to award a series of contracts for the supply of Cardiology consumables and associated services to Barts Health NHS Trust; and Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust \("BHR"\) \(collectively the "Customer Organisations"\)\.
