Call Off for the Provision of Adult Services - PMO Transformation Services

The Liverpool Social Care system is changing rapidly - with system alignment around the One Liverpool plan, adoption of community-based population health management and an opportunity to align commissioning with the CCG to effect bold changes. The ASC directorate will be at the heart of this change and lead by example.\r \r LCC have planned efficiencies proposed by the directorate where further work and support is required. Securing these benefits will require robust programme management and benefit management approaches - LCC requires external support to help deliver these and has set out a work package to do so.
