The objectives of this work are to: understand the cost, timescale for introduction and any practical challenges involved with introducing a mandatory labelling of recyclability scheme for all consumer packaging placed on the UK market. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
