PAN1319 - Subsidiary Housing Company Proposal

As part of the council's drive to deliver housing in the city (affordable and market value housing) and in an effort to increase revenue income we are wanting to fully explore and evaluate the option of establishing a new company for purposes of developing and managing housing.

External advisors are particularly required to advise on technical areas relating to potential company structures, tax and vat treatment, market appetite and likely commercial returns.
