Heat Networks Operation & Maintenance and Metering & billing Tender

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is looking to put in place four contracts for Heat Network Operation, Maintenance, Metering and Billing works. NHG are creating four lots across two work streams. The first lot will be for the Operation, Maintenance and Metering of our Heat Networks. Lot 1 will be divided into lot 1a and lot 1b in order to spread the work load of NHG heat networks across two suppliers. Suppliers are able to bid for both lots, but will only be able to win one of the lots. This is the same for the second lot Billing Systems. Lot 2 is divided into lot 2a and 2b for the different types of billing systems. Please note the estimated value has increased from the PIN notice due to some additional works being added to the specification. Full details of the works can be found in the tender documents.
