## Description

This procurement seeks external assistance to produce and assist in specialist work following on from the interim approval of the business case in September 2017\. That approval will set out the requirement to develop proposals for a pilot phase to be submitted to the Investment Approvals Committee by July 2018 \(with the pilot starting by December 2018\)\.
