Domestic Energy Efficient Retrofit Works

The Contract will be used to support delivery of domestic retrofit works that are designated by the City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council). Such works will include:

- Delivery of LAD3/HUG1 which is administered by the Council through funding from the Sustainable Warmth Competition (SWC), and any future funding also administered by SWC - Any additional domestic retrofit schemes delivered through the Council

The contract, subject to requirement and at the Council's discretion can be used to deliver retrofit works for:

1. Owner-occupier properties 2. Private rented properties 3. Social rented properties
