## Description

The Contract will be used to support delivery of domestic retrofit works that are designated by the City of Wolverhampton Council \(the Council\)\. Such works will include: - Delivery of LAD3/HUG1 which is administered by the Council through funding from the Sustainable Warmth Competition \(SWC\), and any future funding also administered by SWC - Any additional domestic retrofit schemes delivered through the Council The contract, subject to requirement and at the Council's discretion can be used to deliver retrofit works for: 1\. Owner-occupier properties 2\. Private rented properties 3\. Social rented properties
