Interdepartmental Talent Programme

Description

DLUHC's annual participation in the Interdepartmental Talent Partnership (ITP). This programme is held jointly between DfT, BEIS, DEFRA, DHSC and DLUHC. This is a 9-month collaborative programme for high potential G6 and G7s with aspirations to reach the SCS. The programme offers a blended learning approach consisting of Whitehall & Industry Group (WIG) masterclasses, cross departmental action learning sets, SCS speakers' series and opportunities for networking. Participants are able to tailor the offer towards their own development plan. The programme will offer longer term development to those individuals participating and hopefully enable them to build some cross government networks and give them a platform to make the transition to SCS.
