Fire Risk Assessment

This is an award notice which has been published from a Procurement which was conducted through a DPS Lot No. 4- Fire Risk Assessment of the PfH [Compliance Services Dynamic Purchasing System].

RHP was tendering for a Fire Risk Assessment for 622 to be completed over period of 3 years and an additional 91 assessments to be completed annually.

Fire safety is a key priority for RHP. This contract's primary objective is to provide RHP with a 3rd party accredited competent Fire Risk Assessment provider to carry out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessment of its residential properties to fulfil its obligation under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Also, there is a requirement to carry out ad-hoc Type 4 fire risk assessments as and when required.
