Contract for the supply of goods related to testing for Covid-19

Description

Supplies for a high-throughput quantitative serology method to identify people who have had COVID-19 and have developed antibodies. This will help provide a better understanding of the disease and inform the next stages of the COVID-19 strategy. The Contract allows the Authority to place orders for the goods specified in the contract up to the maximum value however it is not a committed volume. The Authority agrees to collaborate weekly with the Supplier to agree to a ninety (90) day forecast, specifying quantities of Goods required by week ("Weekly Forecast"). Only the quantities set forth in the Weekly Forecast for the upcoming two (2) weeks shall be binding.
