Refurbishment of Car Parks

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out resurfacing works of 3 council owned car parks.

The car parks that require resurfacing are located at Browns Lane Leisure Centre, Granby Street Loughborough and Station Road, Quorn.

It is envisaged that the all three car parks will be resurfaced; however suppliers are advised that this project is subject to budget restrictions of £160,000 therefore, should the tendered sum be in excess of the Councils budget, the Council reserves the right to reduce the number of car parks to be resurfaced.

The last date for request of documents is the 30th May 2017, with tenders to be returned on the 2/6/17 - 12 Noon.
