Work description
The Enhancing Schools Commercial Capability (ESCC) project is working towards a long-term vision to deliver "A commercially capable and confident self-improving schools-led system". Part of the ESCC project is to utilise the CIPS Procurement Excellence Programme (PEP) to assess the procurement function of some Multi Academy Trusts (MATs).
