Safer Homes South Yorkshire

The programme will compliment early intervention and prevention services, improving lives, and reducing risks to families and children focussing on child accident prevention and child safety We are looking for a single provider with experience in early years prevention work to perform safety assessments and supply and fit free home safety equipment in the homes of families in need in a single visit. The equipment includes safety gates, fire guards, corner cushions, cupboard locks, bath mat, window restrictors, blind cord winders, smoke alarms and heat alarms. In addition families are also provided with comprehensive home safety information. The area of benefit is South Yorkshire, with a focus on deprived communities.
