HR Change Programme Controls and Transition Managed Service

Description

Time-limited supplier-managed service to strengthen HR Change Programme controls, governance, reporting, RAID and dependency management, stakeholder engagement products and transition readiness through to 21/08/2026. The service will deliver the agreed outputs and milestones set out in this DPEL. Methods will be responsible for organising, supervising, allocating and assuring its personnel to deliver the service. Defra will retain programme ownership, decision-making, approvals, internal accountabilities and acceptance of outputs, but will not direct, line manage, task or integrate supplier personnel into Defra teams.
