## Description

Shropshire Council wish to commission an appropriate Contractor to operate a Community Equipment Service for a period of one year, with the option to extend for one, plus one, plus one years \(total four years\)\. The provider will be required to supply a wide range of prescribed equipment - from simple to complex, to meet the needs of Adults and children in Shropshire\.
