Work description
This RFQ is for SeaScapes Partnership - PR & Communications.
The primary objective of the contract is to deliver the PR & Communication associated with the SeaScapes Partnership Scheme during 2021, including developing key messaging for use by the partnership and refreshing its brand guidance.
The Council has confirmed NLHF (National Lottery Heritage Fund) funding to enable delivery of this Project.
