Description
The Services include the delivery of the following business coaching/mentoring services to either a graduate or supported employee or business owner identified by the College in one of the business sectors areas o Mentoring Services. o Workshop Delivery Services. o Expert Speaker Service. Typically, the Services shall be delivered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) located in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly however the College may require Suppliers to provide Services throughout the UK. The scale and scope of the individual Services shall be set out by the College within each Tender opportunity at Stage 2 - Further Competition. 3.1 Mentoring Services Further to the College identifying a graduate, supported employee or business owner the Supplier shall develop and provide suitably experienced facilitator(s) to deliver the mentoring services which shall include but not be limited to: o the provision of bespoke external specialist coaching/mentoring services and business development support for a graduate; supported employee or business 1 Funding Body means the body that provides the College with funding for the provision of Training Services. owner focused on a particular SME or SME business sector. o the provision of either a one-to-one or a one-to-many Service typically at the SME's premises or at venue decided by the College. o working with the College Manager to provide the appropriate level of professional support within a named SME. o delivering the outputs/deliverables as set out in the College's Stage 2 - Further Competition. 3.2. Workshop Delivery Services The Supplier shall develop and provide suitably experienced facilitator(s) to deliver the workshop delivery services which shall include but not be limited to: o the provision a single or series of workshops focused on a particular SME or SME business sector. o the provision of bespoke (as opposed to generic) workshops tailored to: a graduate; supported employee or business owner located within a particular SME as identified by the College. a particular SME business sector area as identified by the College. o the provision shall be delivered on a one-to-one or a one-to-many basis either as: a classroom learner led style workshop. coaching; mentoring; action learning style workshop. o the delivery of workshop services which shall be: at either the College or at a venue organised by the College. in both full and half day sessions. at a time, suitable the College's client. o the provision of any equipment, materials, literature or handouts required to deliver the workshop service. o working with the College Manager to provide the appropriate level of professional support within a named SME. o delivering the outputs/deliverables as set out in the College's Stage 2 - Further Competition. 3.3 Expert sp... Additional information: Suppliers interested in this DPS are invited to complete the Request to Participate Questionnaire (herein after referred to as the Questionnaire) embedded in the College's e-tendering system In- Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cornwall Suppliers are required to provide a response to all parts of the Questionnaire to demonstrate that they; have sufficient economic/financial standing; technical and professional ability; and are suitability qualified to meet the College's selection criteria as set out in '5.1 Questionnaire Submission - College evaluation approach' of this schedule. On completion of the Questionnaire the Supplier is required to submit their Questionnaire Submission to the College electronically via In-Tend. Funding Type (WEFO or EU) : EU Funding Description TCCG are working in partnership with CIOS Growth Hub to deliver this program as part of the Good Growth with shared prosperity funding. The project is receiving up to ?1.4m of funding from the shared prosperity fund. Notwithstanding the above the College may also use this DPS where: o the College is bidding for or successfully secures contracts with an external Funding Body1 for similar Services. Examples of funding bodies that are applicable to this DPS are as follows: o UK Government departments to include but not be limited to: ? Skills Funding Agency (SFA). ? Education Funding Agency (EFA). ? Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA). ? Department of Levelling up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) ? Department for Education o Regional programs to include but not be limited to: ? Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs). o Local authorities to include but not be limited to: ? Cornwall Council ?
