Work description
The Authority requires one Supplier to:
Deliver a verification management process for applicants that believe they are eligible for the additional support for Energy and Trade Intensive Industries (ETII's).
Deliver a verification management process for applicants that believe they are eligible for the additional support for Heat Networks with domestic customers.
Deliver a telephony and email service to businesses who require guidance on eligibility and application support to verify eligibility.
