The Authority requires one Supplier to:​ Deliver a verification management process for applicants that believe they are eligible for the additional support for Energy and Trade Intensive Industries \(ETII's\)\. ​ Deliver a verification management process for applicants that believe they are eligible for the additional support for Heat Networks with domestic customers\.​ Deliver a telephony and email service to businesses who require guidance on eligibility and application support to verify eligibility\. ​
