Events Stewarding & Crowd Control services

Charnwood Borough Council are inviting quotations for the supply of events stewarding and crowd control services for Loughborough Fair and the towns Christmas lights switch on event.

Loughborough Fair is one of the largest street fairs in the country and attracts an average of 30,000-40,000 visitors over four days. This years fair will be held from Wednesday 09th November until Saturday 12 November 2016.

The Christmas Lights switch on event will be held on Sunday 27th November 2016 and attracts approximately 10,000 visitors at its peak. Quotations should be received at the Council Offices by no later than 12 noon on Monday 25th April 2016.
