## Description

Contract under NEC3 Short to carry out repairs to the roof above the Gym and Dawlish Leisure Centre, Sandy Lane, Dawlish EX7 0AF\. Works to include the removal and disposal of the existing box gutter and the replacement of the gutter\. Contractor to submit proposal for design and system to be used for the gutter replacement\. Work also includes the replacement of top sheets and associated works, including replacement suspended ceiling and insulation\.
