Description
The challenges in meeting reasonable adjustment users' needs following IT upgrades and the change in service providers has highlighted data and process gaps. An initial Discovery Phase is required to review existing provisions and practices, to ensure any subsequent implementation which may arise, is optimal in enabling the Insolvency Service is meeting its obligations to people who require technology related reasonable adjustments. The Agency is committed to ensure it meets the needs of the legislation contained in the Equality Act 2010, where someone meets the definition of a disabled person, employers are required to make reasonable adjustments to any elements of the job which place a disabled person at a substantial disadvantage compared to non-disabled people.
