Work description
City is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide for the provision of planned and emergency maintenance of the BMS systems across the University. The University plans to appoint one firm to the contract. The contract is for 3 years with a provision to extend 2 12 month periods.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
