Painting Works (Framework)

WDH owns and manages approximately 32,000 properties. Painting works to the EXTERIORS of these properties will be undertaken by a maximum of three contractors with the possibility that WDH's own in house painting department may carry out works to the small numbers of properties on a rolling five year programme basis. Each programme year includes works to approximately 6,000 properties. There will also be some works required internally to voids and occupied Independent Living Units.

In a typical programme year external sub-contract painting works may be required to between approximately 4,000 and 6,000 properties.
