INSURANCE TENDER Property Insurance excluding Broker Services (Ealing Contract Ref CH222435)

London Borough of Ealing Council the Contracting Authority, is conducting an Open procurement process, for a new Insurance contract. The services required by this contract include Property Insurance including Business Interruption, Contract Works, Money and Specified All Risks in addition to claims handling for all cases. Contract value for the initial term of 4 years is approximately 3,000,000 , with the option to extend for a further 2 years the total contract value would be 4,500,000. It is intended that the contract shall be for an initial term of 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The Long Term Agreement shall contain a break clause in the event of any significant changes to the Contracting Authority introduced by Central Government or other bodies that would make the continuance of the Long Term Agreement unsuitable for the Contracting Authority.
