Description
Grounds Maintenance at BFI Gaydon The Master Film Store Maintenance to include: o Routine All-round Grass Cutting - Maximum of 16 all-round cuts of the entire site at ground level, taking in all Grassed areas around the site, incorporating the main open areas, the berms either side of the Master Film Store and the Perimeter o 1 Additional occurrence of cutting - Cutting, clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc. from Perimeter 'D' Vaults, Entrances & Fire Exits. o 1 occurrence of cutting - clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc. pool catchment areas and 1999 Vaults, making sure that foliage is cleared away from the external Plant areas. o 1 occurrence of strimming and tidying - of MFS Flat roof area, ensuring any saplings are removed and all Roof Top Plant is free from foliage. All care must be taken to ensure no damage is caused to the Roof Membrane directly beneath the soil layer. o 1 occurrence of Tree Work - ensuring the perimeter Roadway and Site Entrance are kept clear of overhanging branches, making sure that overhead cables are not impeded. o 1 occurrence of keeping the perimeter fence area clear - Trimming back overhanging branches to ensure free unimpeded access at all times. o 1 occurrence of managing the Sedum Roof - Strimming/Trimming any overgrowth and making sure any saplings are removed on the Roof of the Master Film Store, directly above the Ancilliary Space/Office/Meeting Room and Workrooms. o 1 occurrence of Snow Clearing - from the Kineton Road, Drive Entrance to the Master Film Store Entrance for Staff and Visitor access. o 1 occurrence of creating the Wildflower Grassland o 1 occurrence of cutting the Wildflower Grassland Further details are included in the 'Invitation to Auction' documents.
