## Description

The Council is publishing this PIN to make the market aware that the Council wishes to establish a framework of up to five construction contractors to construct up to 29 units over a four year period\. The initial contract will be for the first 3 buildings \(6 units\), estimated to be worth c£11m in construction value\. The Contractor that wins this tender will be awarded the initial contract and those placed in the top 4 or 5 in the evaluation will be awarded places on the framework agreement\. Future contracts will be awarded via a further competition process between the framework members\.
