Description

Procurement of stand alone application recruitment tracking system for Progress Housing Group. The purpose for this project is to have a stand-alone recruitment and application system with the following facilities: • Candidate portal • Application tracking system • Agency portal • On boarding system • Talent Pool • Careers page development • In one online (cloud based) technology solution encompassing the full 360 recruitment cycle, to included: • Authorisation of role • Creation of advert / Job description • Advertisement to all social media platforms/ recruitment boards i.e. indeed/ CV library/ internal job boards • Selection / score cards for recruitment managers to ensure a fair transparent selection process • Offer interview or reject applicant auto email • Interview scheduling and interview questions stored digitally • Offer or reject candidate • Contract offer stage • References / DBS • Induction / on boarding module • EDI data • KPI Reporting will be available within the system, standardised and customised using the vast data points. • Link into Midland ITrent - Integration of the ATS with iTrent to send new starter details electronically. This will be mobile friendly on different platforms i.e. mobiles, iPad etc. It will enhance the candidates' perception of our business. Technology standardises and embeds professional, legal and compliance factors into the end to end recruitment process. This includes consistent application response and feedback, audit history of all actions, statutory monitoring and reporting of compliance data. It is also an essential vehicle to promote our corporate culture (Employer Value Proposition - EVP) and to assess candidates more meaningfully throughout the application process.
