DFID 7485 Partnership to Engage, Reform, and Learn (PERL) Lot 2 - Engaged Citizens Pillar Contract Amendment No 5

This amendment relates to (a) an increase of £1,373,582 in the Financial Limit of the Contract in order to scale up governance intervention of PERL-ECP (Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn - Engaged Citizens Pillar) managed by Palladium in the North East (NE) of Nigeria and to address the bottlenecks around service delivery; (b) the application of updated Terms and Conditions of Contract; and (c) an update to the Terms of Reference.
