This amendment relates to \(a\) an increase of £1,373,582 in the Financial Limit of the Contract in order to scale up governance intervention of PERL-ECP \(Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn - Engaged Citizens Pillar\) managed by Palladium in the North East \(NE\) of Nigeria and to address the bottlenecks around service delivery; \(b\) the application of updated Terms and Conditions of Contract; and \(c\) an update to the Terms of Reference\.
