## Description

Nostell Bridge is a five span masonry arch bridge carrying A638 Doncaster Road over lakes owned by Nostell Estates adjacent to Nostell Priory\. The bridge is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and is Grade 2\* listed\. The works comprise repair/refurbishment of the bridge: - a\) Traffic management\. b\) Site clearance including removal of vegetation\. c\) Cleaning of gullies\. d\) Raking out and re-pointing of masonry elements\. e\) Stonework repairs to a pilaster\. f\) Brickwork repairs\. g\) Repair of a parapet coping to wing wall following accident damage\. h\) Removal of graffiti\. i\) Maintenance painting of parapet railings\.
