Thurrock Council is looking to appoint a single contractor to provide electrical services for its housing stock and other Council-owned assets in accordance with legislative requirements. This procurement is being conducted as an above UK threshold Open tender process in accordance with PCR 2015 regulations.

Additional information: The contract is for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The estimated contract value for the initial period is £3.85 million. The estimated contract value including the extension option is £7.7 million.
