Transport for West Midlands Personas

TfWM is co-ordinating and overseeing a two-year pilot project, ADEPT SMART Places 'Live Lab', working with a number of delivery partners. CPC is contracted by TfWM (part of the West Midlands Combined Authority) to design and deliver an approach to create user personas building upon the completed segmentation. There is requirement to undertake research to develop user personas that will inform the design of new products and services for West Midlands citizens. This project builds on a previous collaboration between CPC and TfWM - the development of an All Traveller Segmentation which produced an eight-segment solution for all households in the West Midlands. The key outcome of the current piece of work will be the delivery of a detailed set of user personas that will further understanding of West Midlands citizens to make the transport network flow better whilst reducing the pain-points around travelling and maximising positive journey experiences.
