The MCA utilise SolarWinds' Premium Support Level 2 offering which provides us with access to a dedicated SolarWinds support team and enhanced Service Level Agreements to prioritise our questions and any issues\. The enhanced support offering also provides the MCA with an annual health check against SolarWinds best practices with their recommendations and remediation assistance which is vital for ensuring that the enterprise is running optimally\.
