Mechanical & Engineering Design & Build TEA Old County Hall Truro

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a mechanical and electrical design and build for a whole site at TEA Old County Hall under an NEC3 ECC Option C Contract.

Cormac are delivering a modular accommodation scheme on behalf of the Client, Cornwall Council to deliver 15 units for temporary move-on accommodation. The site is intended to be operational for 3 years prior to a redevelopment of the wider site.

Cormac are seeking a mechanical and electrical design and build for the whole site. Please refer to Description of Works document attached to this enquiry and the other document in the pack.

Subcontractor to provide: • Lump sum price for providing the design works • Provisional sum allowance/ estimate for undertaking the installation works • Indicative programme for the works

Specific Works Location - Existing Cornwall Council land

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% price
