Organisational/digital strategy and redesign of two pilot services

Nottinghamshire County Council requires an expert in designing services for the digital age in order to i) make significant financial savings and improve customer satisfaction in two pilot service areas, and ii) produce an exciting transformational organisational/digital strategy. This requirement was procured via the Digital Marketplace: Digital Outcomes and Specialist framework.
