Charnwood Local Plan: Delivery Evidence

Quotations are invited for Consultancy in respect of Charnwood Local Plan: Delivery Evidence.

The Council has commenced work on a new local plan which will provide for the period 2014 to 2031 or 2036. The Council and its partner authorities in the Leicester and Leicestershire Housing Market Area are currently preparing evidence to understand the objectively assessed need for homes and jobs across this period.

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to assist in the understanding of the housing market in Charnwood and its ability to deliver the number of homes required to meet the objectively assessed need (OAN) for Charnwood.

The last date for request of documents is the 9th December 2016.
