The contracting authority, NDA Properties Limited, is issuing this early engagement notice to ascertain current market readiness to participate in a future tender process for this project.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and slow return of the construction industry as a result of the government lockdown lift in restrictions, we are engaging with the market to ascertain appetite for the scheme and certainty of a positive outcome to a tender process at this time.

Interested parties are kindly requested to review the information and complete the seven (7) short questions in the attachment to this notice and submit via email by Friday 17 July 2020.
