Description

The Thirteen Housing Group ("Thirteen") is to undertake a Roof Replacement Programme in Skelton Street, Hartlepool. The work is to be carried out by Thirteen in-house. As part of this programme, Thirteen seeks to appoint a contractor to provide all necessary Scaffolding to facilitate the works, including erection, weekly hire and dismantling. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
