1\.1 The Health and Safety Executive \(HSE\) is seeking to appoint a panel of solicitor agents to provide enforcement legal services, primarily in support of its regulatory work in England and Wales, for a fixed period of two years commencing on 1 November 2021, with the option for HSE to extend by agreement for a further year\.
