## Description

The Council are seeking to appoint an operator or operators to manage the New Community Arts and Entertainment Venue \(from September 2021\) and its Leisure Centres \(from October 2020\)\. The Council is inviting submissions from operators interested in operating one or the other of these services or both\. The appointed operator will also be expected to provide input into the design of the New Community Arts and Entertainment Venue\.
