This procurement is being concluded following a mini-competition under the Software Licence Reseller & Consultancy Services ITS4052 SU - Lot 4

The initial contract value is £819,999.10 excluding VAT.

A variation has been actioned to reduce the value to £812,456.30 excluding VAT.

There is a a non-committed contingency allowance of £137,543.70 excluding VAT for additional licences that may be purchased during the contract term, subject to approval. The total maximum contract value including the non-committal contingency value shall not exceed £950,000.00 excluding VAT.
